The location was excellent, just a short 4-6 minute walk from Sheffield University. It was conveniently situated near the Leaning Tower of Pisa and the cathedral, and close to downtown where you can find many great restaurants and gelato spots, as well as the stunning old Teatro Verdi.

Il Cardinale has a very central location, close to the leaning tower of Pisa and within easy reach of the town, train station, and downtown area. It is situated in a great area with many good restaurants nearby. - the famous street food restaurant I Porci Comodi is just a 5-minute walk away.

Great Location: Just a stone's throw away from the famous landmark and surrounded by beautiful scenery. It was amazing to be able to walk to all the major attractions without any hassle.

Lack of Communication: The staff did not provide clear instructions or assistance during check-in, leaving us to figure out things on our own. It would have been helpful to have someone available to guide us to our room upon arrival.
